Quality control process according to international standards
Each product under the AK FOOD brand ensures food safety and hygiene and meets the standards of a strict product quality control and management system before reaching consumers. Test results always ensure 3 criteria:
Input materials control
Input materials are provided by reputable suppliers through the company supplier selection and evaluation process before purchasing. There is an annual periodic monitoring assessment according to the standards
Satisfy fully demands of the production and ingredients to ensure the hygiene of products based on the Law on Food Safety of Vietnam
The supplier is requested to make sure not to use any outside the allowed list seasoning, do not use GMO,.. and is reviewed every period
100% of ingredients before input are checked by QC (Quality Control) staff, who takes out and tests the sample to make sure that is adapted to the company’s standards. The input ingredients are controlled 100% quality before buying, such as the transportation had reached the standards of food hygiene and safety.

Hazard analysis and critical control points HACCP (recertification every 3 years and annual surveillance review)
Quality management system according to international standard ISO 9001:2015 (recertification every 3 years and annual surveillance review)
Food safety management system according to international standard ISO 22000:2018 (recertification every 3 years and annual surveillance review)
Output products control
All the output products are controlled and checked by the quality product control department, followed by the international management system, which guarantees to respond to the Vietnamese regulation.
